This is a little gem of a sandwich shop conveniently located close to Bergamo city centre. We had a very friendly greeting from the owners. The food is excellent and they have a variety for all tastes. There was a small error on my order but it was corrected straight away in a very friendly manner. I'm a vegetarian and so is the lady working in the shop. They made a big fuss over my little boy's Nutella sandwich. We were only here for twenty minutes but we had the type of interaction that makes you look back on your holiday with fondness. Late arrival in bergamo most restaurants full. Needed something to eat. Classical Al cotto. Very tasty great customer service. And the nuttella one is also great.

Nos encantó este sitio! El personal es encantador, nos trataron fenomenal. Todos muy atentos, amables y simpáticos. Las piadinas están riquísimas! Y la de nutella muy rica también! Es más un take away que un sitio para sentarte y comer, pero hay un par de mesas largas y algunas sillas por si quieres comer allí. Lo recomiendo mucho! Está cerca de la estación de Bérgamo.

We loved this place! The staff is lovely, they treated us wonderfully. Everyone very attentive, kind and friendly. The piadinas are delicious! And the Nutella one is very delicious too! It's more of a take away than a place to sit and eat, but there are a couple of long tables and some chairs if you want to eat there. I highly recommend it! It is close to Bergamo station.
